As I began to consider the content, scope, and vision for this new blog, those were the notes I put down.
In other words, to follow will be a record of kitchen work, the inspiration and processes mapped out, whether it be a single component, or fully realized dish. As opposed to the other blog, the stuff here will be pared down and served up in smaller doses, with a tighter focus on the food. By recording the work here, it'll be fun to see where we go in the next year.
notebooks/workbooks are wonderful, DaVinci's are my role model.
